-The building is a growing neighborhood, there may be construction noise coming from outside the building. Guests acknowledge that has been informed by reading this policy. No refunds given for this situation. -Minimum noise after 22:00 hrs. -Smoking only allowed on balcony and rooftop. Smoking inside the property will be subject to extra charges (250 USD) or eviction. -For stays of 14 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately. The amount is calculated based on the actual usage recorded on the apartment’s electricity meter. The average consumption during short or long term stays must not exceed 10 kWh / day, exceeding this amount will be subject to extra charges. Consumption will be measured on check in and check out. -Air conditioning temperature should not be lower than 22 °C / 72 °F to avoid damages to the unit. -Turn off-air conditioning, lights and electronic appliances when leaving the property. -The property is turned in clean and must be returned in similar conditions upon check out. Leaving the property dirty will be subject to extra charges. -Service Outages may occur during your stay caused by bad weather, tropical storms, hurricane or maintenance in services such as water, electricity or internet. No refunds will be given for service outages caused by the situations mentioned above. -High speed internet is complimentary and increase on speed/service must be requested to host for approval and paid by guests. -The property must not be used for illegal activities or services. Please avoid eviction and report to authorities. -It is recommended that the guest gets a vacation insurance for any situation that may happen during their trip.
