House Rules

• No smoking inside the property. Smoking includes the use of an electronic smoking device, whether or not it contains nicotine. For example, the use of e-cigarettes and vape pens is prohibited.
• No parties or loud gatherings allowed.
• Children are not allowed.
• Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval.
• No illicit substances or illegal activities of any kind.
• Respect quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Do not exceed the guest capacity indicated in your reservation.
• Do not share access codes or keys with unregistered guests.
• Use appliances and utilities responsibly, A/C (not lower than 72ºF/22ºC) and turn off lights and A/C when not needed.
• No vandalism or property damage.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
• Use shared areas (pool, roof, parking) respectfully and responsibly.
• Do not leave trash or personal belongings in shared areas.
• Any violation may result in additional charges, loss of the security deposit, or immediate eviction without refund.

PLEASE NOTE Property items (such as bedspreads, pillows, chairs, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.) are NOT to be taken out of the property (to the beach or other properties)
